• Chain tensioning is provided by weight. Spring stretching method is not used. When the oven interior gets hot, the chain length extends. When stretching with the spring, the tension of the chain on the right and left sides of the oven cannot be provided equally. When tension is provided with weight, chain tension is provided equally on both sides. In this way, the system is provided to work for a longer time without any malfunction.
• Sprocket bearings are steel, oil sealed and 2 roller bearings.
• There is a circulation fan in the oven. There is a water discharge system in the circulation fan. The steam generated in the oven is thrown out of the oven. Thus, easier drying is provided.
• There is a vapor suction unit in the air discharge chimney. The hot water obtained from the steam is sent to the dough boiler. Thus, hot water is obtained for the dough and there is no need to spend additional energy for hot water.
• The furnace is systematically pretensioned. In this way, the necessary stretching is provided when the oven is heated or cooled.
• There are hinged doors on the side walls of the oven. Door insides are covered with fireproof wick to prevent heat leakage.

Raw Material:

Raw material mainly books, newspapers, magazines etc. waste papers; factory waste papers such as paper towel and napkin waste, cardboard parcel and printing waste papers. The important thing is to recycle using waste paper. Thus, we both protect nature and gain profit.

Preparation of Paper Dough:

The paper raw materials collected for egg trays are put into the pulper pulper. While the blades in the boiler break down the raw material, water is also supplied. Thus, thick dough is obtained. The dough obtained is transferred to the thick dough holding boiler. In order for the product to be obtained to be of higher quality; While the thick dough is transferred to the thick dough holding bowl, it is filtered through the shaker sieve and foreign substances are removed. After this process, it is mixed with water to get the dough to the desired consistency. Then the dough obtained is transferred to the thin dough holding bowl.

Dough Forming:

Wire molds are immersed in the dough transferred from the thin dough bowl to the chamber in the form section and sucked with vacuum power. After being transferred to the transfer mold, the transfer is made to the pans that provide the transfer to the oven. The remaining pulp and water in the delay chamber are transferred to the return tank and then to the fine pulp holding tank. Thus, waste of dough and water is prevented.


The products are dried by transferring the obtained wet product into the oven through a transfer conveyor for drying. Packing is done afterwards.

Form (Shaping) Method: The pulp is shaped by means of vacuum given to the molds on the 12-square, 4-way, single delayed machine.

• When you want to manufacture other products, all you have to do is change the molds. Mold change takes about 1 hour.
